1 · Who we are

Red Roster is a marketplace for AI character packs. It is operated by the "operator", established in Portugal (EEA), who acts as merchant of record for every sale. References to "we" or "us" mean the operator; "you" means a user of the marketplace. Packs are listed either by the operator or by independent creators who sell through the platform.

2 · Your account

You need a free account to buy. Purchases attach to your account, not just your email address - a pack you buy lands in your library and its download is gated to your signed-in account. Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.

3 · What's sold

Packs are digital products delivered as downloadable files. They come in a few kinds - individual characters, environments and worlds, and bundles that group several listings at one price. Buying a bundle grants each included pack to your account individually.

4 · The marketplace

Where a pack is listed by a creator, that creator is the licensor of the content and we are the merchant of record who takes payment and delivers it. Creators are independent and responsible for what they publish; we moderate reactively and may remove listings that break these terms or the law.

5 · License & exclusive editions

On purchase you receive a non-exclusive commercial license to the pack (see the License). You do not acquire ownership of the underlying character. Some packs are sold as exclusive one-of-one editions- sold once and then permanently withdrawn. When a listing is exclusive, the creator commits not to re-list it, sell it as an open edition, or publish a substantially similar version on Red Roster, so no one else can obtain that character through Red Roster. Your rights in the pack are the same standard non-exclusive commercial license; the exclusivity is a binding scarcity commitment on the platform, not a transfer of the creator's rights.

6 · Delivery & access

After payment is confirmed you get an instant download, and the pack stays available any time from your library while you're signed in. Download links are signed and may expire; you can re-issue a link from your library, subject to reasonable limits to prevent abuse.

7 · Price, currency & tax

Prices are set in US dollars; your local currency may be presented at checkout. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated by Stripe based on your location and shown at checkout.

8 · Acceptable use

You may not resell or redistribute a pack, claim exclusive ownership, or pass the files off as your own asset pack. Full permitted and prohibited uses are set out in the license.

9 · Refunds

Because packs are digital goods delivered immediately, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

10 · Selling on Red Roster

If you list packs for sale, the Seller Terms apply in addition to these, covering fees, payouts and your obligations as a creator.

11 · Suspension

We may remove listings, withhold access, or suspend accounts that breach these terms, infringe others' rights, or are used unlawfully.

12 · Warranties & liability

Packs are AI-generated and provided "as is". We do not warrant that a pack is original, copyrightable or free of third-party rights, and we give no warranty of non-infringement. You are responsible for clearing your own use of a pack for your project. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any pack is limited to the amount you paid for it. The full warranty and liability wording is in the License. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

13 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, where the operator is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
