Refund Policy
Packs are digital goods delivered immediately. This explains why sales are final once you download, and the few cases where we still make it right.
Immediate delivery & the right of withdrawal
A pack is downloadable digital content delivered right after purchase. By completing checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that the EU 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once the download has started. Because a downloaded file can't be returned, sales are final once the download begins.
When we still make it right
A refund is available only where you didn't actually receive what you paid for:
- ✓ Delivery failed.You paid but never got a working download and we can't fix it by re-issuing your link - full refund.
- ✓ Charged in error or twice. A duplicate or mistaken charge is refunded regardless of download.
- ✓ Lost an exclusive one-off. If two buyers complete checkout for the same one-of-one at once, only one sale stands; the other is refunded in full automatically and no pack is granted.
Faulty or not as described
If a pack has a genuine problem, we'll put it right by re-delivering it or providing a corrected file. A refund applies only where we genuinely can't make delivery good. This doesn't affect rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
How refunds are handled
We are the merchant of record for every sale, including creators' packs, so request any refund from us rather than the creator. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
How to request one
Email hello@redroster.ai with your purchase email and the pack name. We aim to respond within a few business days.
